The Villa Mandarinas estate is set in a unique destination, Puerto Vallarta, here  you  will find the best place to celebrate weddings, birthdays, anniversaries,  honeymoons, renewal of vows, family reunions, corporate retreats, yoga and wellness retreats.

With over 20,000 square feet,  Villa Mandarinas  is one of the largest private  vacation  homes offering spectacular venues for weddings and  celebratory events.  With luxurious , romantic  nooks with magnificent views, our villa features unique architecture, manicured gardens, three different  pools for aquatic relaxation, and the beautiful  backdrop of the jungle and the Sierra Madre mountains.

Edging the emerald waters of the Pacific, we have The Ocean terrace which is ideal for ceremonies, The Bonfire Lawn is a sky-lit terrace for up to 150 guests, the villa´s  pier  has seen many grooms arrive to the ceremony  by boat! We are sure that amongst our ocean view terraces and  tropical gardens  you will find the perfect spot for your dream wedding or special celebration, in  absolute and  luxurious privacy.

We love to create memorable experiences and can offer the venue for groups of up to 150 guests and will require an event planner for all celebrations in order to guarantee the best possible  service. We work with all event planners and fully support their work with our in-house staff.

Event guidelines Villa Mandarinas

  • MINIMUM STAY:  There is a 5  minimum night rental  during the Peak season/Nov-Apr.
  • MINIMUM STAY:  There is a 3 night minimum rental during the  Value season/ May-Oct.
  • MINIMUM RENTAL: the minimum rental to host celebratory events at the villa is 10 bedrooms 
  • EVENT FEE: guests in residence only, rehearsal dinner $400 USD
  • EVENT FEE: Between 24 and 70 guests, half a night’s rental.
  • EVENT FEE: From 70 and up to 100 guests, equivalent to one night’s rental.
  • SEASONAL RATES: May 1- October 31 = $3250 USD, November 1- April 30th $3,990 USD
  • CAPACITY: For events exceeding 100 guests additional fees  may apply,please contact us for more details.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT $2,500 USD
  • EVENT PLANNER: Management must approve event planners.
  • STAFF: The staff is there to serve the renters,  therefore, for weddings and events exceeding 20 guests additional staff  should be hired.
  • FIREWORKS: Fireworks are allowed but must be set off by the ocean-front and by an approved technician. 
  • QUIET HOURS: Villa Mandarinas is located in a residential area and music must be muted or very low by 1 am. From 1:00am-3:00am allowed up to 50% volume.
